Slanderous Pricks
It has come to my attention that certain individuals are using the blogsphere to make untrue comments about a person's character and behaviour. One person in particular has hounded my site with wicked remarks about another blogger. This person should grow up. Other people are having a intellectual discussion about serious issues that society today is facing, and you come along like a six year old with your pathetic and slanderous comments. Any attempt by this individual to comment on this blog will henceforth be deleted immediately. Take your evil somewhere else.

I know the people who you are talking about but the key legal point is that you can't slander a person who has a made up name. It's quite obvious that Real Socialist and Vanilla Rose are not real names. So if someone says untrue things about these 'names' then they can't be done for slander.
ReplyDeleteMr. Divine on the other hand could be the person's real name. From a legal perspective Mr. Divine (if this is his real name) has the right to sue the person behind Vanilla Rose if he feels that she has made untrue and hurtful comments about him. I think that you'll find that she has.
You don't know the full details of their relationship and therefore you don't know exactly what has transpired between the two of them. You are judging without knowing the full details of the case. I know about these things because I was in law myself. Ireland actually.
Remember sex whether it be real or cyber is still sex.
Vanilla Rose has written in her blog that Mr. Divine has made untrue and nasty comments about her and I take her word on this. She appears to me to be a very caring individual who wouldn't lie.
ReplyDeleteIf you look through her past posts especially those in May 2010 she clearly states that she has lied to the DSS with regards to undeclared income. She has admitted she cheated the system.
ReplyDeleteAnd of course she admits that she is receiving a disability pension because she says she suffers from depression. Surely the fact she is able to write a blog means that she could at least do some paid work i.e. she is not totally unable to work.. which is a requirement for a disability pension.
In short she lies, and she is lying to you about her relationship with Mr. Divine. If you look at her past blog posts it is clear that she was very much in love with him but once he rejected her advances she turned nasty.
I don't know who you are and what you're trying to prove. My stance remains the same. I regard Vanilla Rose in the highest esteem. Please, your comments are not wanted at this blog anymore. Quite clearly you are highly biased against a very intellectual and caring individual.
ReplyDeleteListen why don't you just look at her pst blogs. it is quite obvious that you haven't. if you did you would find out that she and Mr. Divine were mutually masturbating each other off with their words. It's so obvious that any fool can see it. And where there is smoke there's fire, if you get my drift.
ReplyDeleteI don't need to look at any past posts on Vanilla Rose's site. It is quite obvious that she doesn't want anything to do with this Mr. Divine person and that should be all there is to it. Now why don't you shove off somewhere else.
ReplyDeleteWell I think you're wrong real socialist. You do have to look at all the information before you can make a proper judgement on any issue. You just can't take the word of one person, you've got to read all the possible information. And I've read all of Vanilla Rose's posts and she is just bitter that Mr. Divine didn't leave his wife and take up with her. She's like a woman scorned.

ReplyDeleteI admitted in my blog to failing to declare an accidental overpayment of supplementary benefit from the DHSS - 23 years ago.
I don't know where he gets the term "disability pension" from. In the UK, nobody my age gets any type of pension. I am not prepared to discuss my personal information in detail. Suffice it to say that the last time that I was in contact with anyone from the Department of Work and Pensions, I was entirely truthful. I told the truth about my health and the truth about my volunteer work and hobbies.
Mr Divine claimed that I was getting paid by St John Ambulance to be a fake casualty. I suggested that he find out more about St John Ambulance.
I have never met Mr Divine.
There are several people whom I have met via the internet whom I like and trust enough to have made further contact with them, whether by letter or email or via social networking. Mr Divine did not earn my trust in this way. That may be the source of his bitterness.
Because of Mr Divine's childish antics, I have been forced to use the "comment moderation" function on my blog. Thus delaying the posting of comments by people who actually have something sensible to say.
I have a great deal of sympathy for you. I will deal with this person quite severely.
